In the VI. district of Budapest, in Izabella street, ORCO Property Group has decided to build a four star long term hotel. Schön Architects Office has got the request to design the hotel. The original building is a 100 years old traditional "Pest" type building, which had to be expanded with two new floors and a new backyard wing. Altogether the hotel has 38 apartments, an elegant lobby space and common use conference space in the basement.
Dúzs Sándor (ArkTOON Architects) as subcontractor was the architect of the building. Lead architect was Ágnes Kocsis. Colleges: József Györe, Cecilis Horvat.
