Nearby the oldest bridge in Budapest Schön Architects Studio had to design a restaurant which works seasonally - opens in May, closes in October. The bigest task was to solve the problem of the fast building procedure: it has to be built up within 72 huors, and has to be taken away within 48 hours. (It is because of the water level situation of Danube) The whole structure of the restaurant is made of skrewed steel structure, the kitchen, storages and toilets made of containers, and the huge sun-shading roof is made of stainless steel.
