CAR SHOWROOM Budapest, Vaci Str. Old leather factory building revitalization 2800sqm

In Külső-Váci street in the last few 10 years was an almost completely demolished old factory building - the old leather factory. Schön Architects Office get a request to design a rehabilitation of this brick "tower", and redesigne it for a new car salon. Dúzs Sándor (ArkTOON Architects) as subcontractor was the lead architect of this project. The plan contained two phase construction, the first phase has built, hopefully the second will be built within few years.
