BEFLEX is a market leading hungarian service provider in the area of signage and visual communication in Central Europe. They have decided to move to a new factory and headquarter building in IX. district in Budapest. The investor, WALLIS has ordered the plans for this new BEFLEX building from Schön Architect Studio. As a subcontractor from ArkTOON Architects Sandor Duzs was the lead architect of this project. The 4800sqm total footage contains around 1500m2 office space and an elegant lobby space, the rest is a "factory", where they can produce their metal - plastic - etc. made signage elements.
