Avenue Gardens is Orco Property Group´s residential development in Budapest, on Andrassy Avenue, in downtown Budapest. The project has built on two plots, Andrassy 68 and Izabella 62-64. Both of the sites had existing buildings, the Andrassy building is an elegant, protected building, but Izabella was in a very bad condition, without architectural and historical importance - so finally it has been demolished. The two plots handled like one unit, altogether there had been designed 77 luxury apartments, 4 commercial units, a pool area with saunas, massage and jacuzzi, fitnes, and three levels of undergrund parking. Dúzs Sándor (ArkTOON Architects) as subcontractor was the lead architect of the project. Colleges: József Györe, Tamás Havasi
